I was invited to join for a second year in a row at the award winning music festival within the artist liaison team. My exciting role was to help manage and suport the artists performing at the festival. Performances included Maribou state, Bicep, Slowthai and many more incredible acts.
The role cosisted of communicating with stage managers and the acts themselves, I needed to be extremely organised, energetic and resourceful. It was my responsibility to ensure artosts were at my assined stage at the time they needed to be with all riders alocated.
My upbeat and resilient personality allowed me to flourish in this role, having good rapport with the acts while keeping to a strict timetable.
I took being a representative of Lost village very seriously, it was imperitive that the artist and otehr guests of the festival had the best experience possible.

My first experience of Lost village festival I was assigned the role of guest list supervisor, having experince in guest list management in a part time univerity job, i was bought in as a qulified candidate. The customer facing role included greeing special guests and communicating within a large events team, problem solving and a positive attitude. Again I was the face of the festival and needed to ensure I was perfesional, acomodating and upbeat. This also bought me experience working alongside Kaboodle ticketing company, scanning tickets and assigning wristbands.
